The PRAXES model has two manuals; one for the practitioner and one for the parent. The Practitioner Manual has everything that is needed to conduct the PRAXES program. Each of the 12 sessions is laid out so that the practitioner can follow the outlines, the discussions, the activities, and the practices conducted with the parent. It also contains explanations for discussing the testing results, sample documentation for charting, and other aids to help the parent successfully completed treatment.
The Parent Manual has everything the Practitioner Manual has except the session plan. With it, the parent can follow along, page by page, with the practitioner as they take their journey through parent empowerment together. The parent keeps the manual and reviews it between sessions and creates in it a wealth of knowledge about themselves and resources for the future.
The Practitioner and Parent Manuals are both available in English and Spanish. They can be purchased along with the trainings and are available in either printed form or in .pdf format through a licensing agreement.
