It requires a process for gathering information and interviewing the youth and significant others. Many organizations also provide mental health services which requires their own treatment plans, which can duplicate efforts. This two-hour training covers the elements of the Needs and Services Plan, and how best to develop a meaningful document that progresses throughout the client's care.

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Assess the youth’s needs through interview skills
  • Create goals, objectives, interventions, and outcomes
  • Develop ways to collaborate with others in treatment process.
